What Is Your Baseline Before You Begin? Starting From Contentment Instead of Lack
In this episode I share the shifts I have made in my own life that help me begin new goals and/or changes from a place of contentment, gratitude, and joy instead of from a place of lack, anger, anxiety, or desperation.
I like to call it the "baseline" or "budget goal" that is the jumping-off point from everything we decide to do.
